Some more bugfixes:

OpenVector:
- modified flag not removed from diagram when saved
- multiple font tables in file error.

DrawPlus & OpenVector:
- Imported JPEGs had incorrect dimensions, resulting in redraw errors when DrawFiles exported to other apps.

Plus some minor oversights in 32 bit conversion fixed, of no practical consequence
